Countdown to 2014
We’re counting down the year, with just four dances left in 2013. We take two weeks off, December 24th and 31st, because our dance hall is unavailable, but we’ll be back! Dancing will resume in January 2014, with our first dance on Tuesday the 7th.
Both Cincinnati and Louisville will have New Year’s Eve dances, and Bloomington will dance their regular Wednesday dances on both Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Burn calories NOW.
Fly Run will play, and Jonathan Sivier will call. Get some exercise November 26. Thursday’s not likely to be a big exercise day.
Convolution with Josiah Roberts
We’re lucky to have Ben as a new Indy resident, playing music regularly for us. Come bask in your good fortune on November 19th as he plays with equally wonderful Dianna and Mark. Josiah Roberts calls.
11/12 Hoosier Tones & Bob Duffy
The band is Hoosier Tones & caller is Bob Duffy. People will be there. Hopefully you will be one of them. Don’t forget your clean, soft soled shoes! A water bottle helps too.
November is an Open Band month
All musicians, pro and amateur, are welcome to play on Tuesday, November 5. Please arrive about 7:15 pm so we can set up enough chairs & stands, and get organized.

EAT on Oct. 29th
October 29th features Bob Duffy calling, and music by Emily Ann Thompson’s band.
Quick travel note: … Never mind.
Highway construction in downtown Indy, where I 70 and I 65 merge and go north/south together was finished weeks early! NO need for detours.
Google Maps had accounted for the construction, so don’t be surprised if it still shows on Friday, but according to the news, the interstate is open!
10/22
On the 22nd we get invaded by Louisville! Down to Earth band with Bradley Smith. Be sure to attend Gypsy Moon Ball first, so you’re prepared to welcome our guests appropriately.
