Information for membersTo become a member, print out the Printable Membership form, and bring it to a dance, or mail it to the address on the form. Annual membership meeting and election of new board members February 19, 2008.All members, please come and vote! You can also participate directly by attending the next formal meeting of the Board of Directors. All members are welcome. The Indianapolis Traditional Music & Dance Group is now incorporated and has adopted bylaws. A version of the bylaws, as adopted on 11/16/1999 can be found here. In accordance with the bylaws, our Board of Directors has been elected. Now you know who runs the show! For the safety and enjoyment of all dance participants, the Board has adopted a Children at Dance Policy. Minutes from previous Board meetings are available here. |
