Present: Ed Paynter, Barbara Cesnik, Barry Levitt, Susan Meyer and Janet Withers

Board of Directors President Ed Paynter called the meeting at 6224 College Avenue to order at 7:10 pm.

The Treasurer's report presented by Barry Levitt, was discussed and accepted.

The board discussed the talent for the Gypsy Moon Ball. Various duties were determined and assigned as a result of this discussion, as follows:

1. The board will ask that the roster of the group be forwarded to the Secretary.

2. Jan and Barb agreed to go over our dance list to cull out-of-date names.

3. Ed agreed to draft a letter to the members to be sent with the fall schedule. The letter will ask for help with Gypsy Moon Ball and ask every member to pledge to attend a minimum number of dances each month.

The meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
