III.	Gypsy Moon Ball

The dance will be Saturday, October 27th. Voted to have 2 bands again this year. One will play from 8pm-10pm; the featured band will play from 10pm-2am. We will ask Brittany Bay to be the featured band. Discussed potential bands for the first 2 hours and callers for the dance. Approved the budget for bands and callers.

IV. Financial Report

Barry presented financial information for January, February and part of March. Dance attendance has been falling since December. Barry distributed an article from CDSS on building dance attendance, and we will discuss it at our next board meeting.

V. Priority for Dance Camps

As a group we can vote on 3 dancers to receive priority in enrolling for dance camps. We will make an announcement at the Tuesday dances the next few weeks to see if anyone would like to attend.

VI. Special Dances

Discussed adding a special dance (on Tuesday) to next quarter's schedule. Approved a budget for one special dance in the next quarter. Will discuss possibly reinstating some of the Saturday night dances at our next meeting.

VIII. Next Meeting/Agenda Items

The next board meeting will be Monday, May 7th at 7:00pm at the Sierra Club office (which is in Broad Ripple across from the Vogue).

Agenda Items will include: Saturday Night dances, Gypsy Moon Ball Update, Dance Attendance.
