Board of Directors President Ed Paynter called the meeting at 6224 College Avenue to order at 7:15 pm.

Treasurer's report, presented by Levitt, was discussed and accepted. We continue to experience a shortfall in cash flow from the Tuesday dances. Since payments for bands and callers have already been reduced and admission prices have already been raised, the board took no further action at this time.

Our participation in the upcoming Indiana State Fair was discussed. Assignments were accepted for handouts, a sign-up sheet for dancers and a new sign for the group. The board discussed and authorized Rob to acquire a banner for the group for a cost not to exceed $135. The banner will be ready in time for the State Fair and the Indiana Historical Society event.

We have been invited to dance at the Indiana Historical Society (IHS) event on July 22, 2000. The board agreed that this would be a good thing to promote the group and authorized Barry to firm up the details with the IHS. A special email message will be sent to members to encourage them to participate.
