    ITMDG Board Meeting Minutes - 1/12/2000

    Present: Rob, Ed, Carol, Jan

    Thanks to all our directors for getting to the dance in time to meet briefly last night. Rob even came despite having to leave before the dance. We made positive decisions about the Gypsy Moon Ball which will be announced on this list as soon as they are conveyed to those who should hear first.

    Carole, Thanks again for handling the liaison work for us. Help with the chairs would be nice, but we agreed that we'd deal with it so it's not an issue with me. Everyone pitched in to remove them last night. It was nice to see so many taking responsibility. Let's not push the chair removal issue.

    Jan, would you keep a list of the items requested to be on the agenda for the April meeting?

    Is John on this list? Does anyone have his email address? Can't remember when a caller had enough faith in us to call contra corners *twice* in one night, and one of those was contra corners interuptus! :)
