Board of Directors President Ed Paynter called the meeting at 6140 College Avenue to order at 7:15 pm.

The board is preparing to run its first election. Barry mentioned that the number of members was presently very low (nearly all former memberships expired at year end) and that renewals in January and later are expected. Jan agreed to create the ballot. Barry would provide the list of members as of the end of January. The committee (Jan and Carole) will conduct the election in February and announce the results. While seven members will be elected, the four with the highest vote totals will serve for a two year term while the other three elected will be elected for a one year term.

The meeting adjourned at 7:55.
