Gypsy Moon Ball 2007 was amazing fun, thanks to the bands (Chicory and Great Bear Trio) and callers (Susan Moffett and Gaye Fifer), volunteers, and dancers!

BOTMDG hosts a Friday night contra at the Harmony School in Bloomington, IN (50 miles south of Indianapolis). Details on BOTMDG website. Greetings to everyone coming to Gypsy Moon Ball this Saturday and Sunday in Indianapolis, and/or the associated contra dance Friday night in nearby Bloomington, IN! And words of encouragement if you've thought of coming, but not pre-registered: There is space for walk-in dancers! FRIDAY to BLOOMINGTON from north, east, or west: Take I 70 to 465 South (heading clockwise or counterclockwise) to 37 South. From BLOOMINGTON to Saturday & Sunday dancing: Take 37 North to 465 North/East (counterclockwise) to 56th. From OHIO or ILLINOIS to Saturday & Sunday dancing: I 70 exits to 465 North are open. (signs about lane restrictions refer to travel downtown, not Gypsy Moon's location). From NORTH to Saturday & Sunday dancing: Take 465 to NorthWest Indy; no special restrictions.
